It is a contemporary Texan-style Southern BBQ restaurant, where its menu is comprised of traditional favourites, like spiced pulled pork, beef ribs, pork belly and its namesake, beef Brisket. The heart and soul of the restaurant is the Smoker, a 1-ton piece of equipment that was custom built and imported from Dallas, TX. The smoker, named "Dolly Parton", is a traditional smokehouse with a built-in oven and it can hold up to 500 portions of meat at any given time. At Brisket, we guarantee high quality dishes, using top-shelf ingredients, all served within a relaxed, urban atmosphere with a friendly, laid-back service style. All meat is delivered to us on a daily basis, fresh, never frozen!
