TAV Aviation Minds is established as a joint venture between TAV Academy and Aviation Minds as a specialized aviation training and consultancy company and aims to increase the overall quality and efficiency of airports through the development of comprehensive solutions. TAV Aviation Minds organizes customized development programs in order to improve the competencies of airport employees within the North Africa and the Middles East region. TAV Aviation Minds has an integrated perspective on development which is different from other development centers. It implements a “development program” approach rather than trainings that are attended by employees individually. TAV Aviation Minds makes assessment for operation and human factors before starting development program. It aims to segment employees on the basis of their decision-making skills and levels of authority, and develops them as teams. TAV Aviation Minds mainly creates three training program / groups. Programs are; AMED - Decision makers, PDC – Middle Management staff and Management system trainings for all staff. Attending the programs as a team makes it easier to implement the training at target airports and develops a common language amongst the members of the management team.
