Every year, companies or training centres spend a lot of money on training new or existing employees. Often these employees are still trained according to methods that do not correspond to the needs they experience today, resulting in less informed or committed employees and potentially costing companies a lot of money on human errors. Errors that could easily have been avoided if people had been better educated or felt more involved in the processes in which they operate. And sometimes it is simply difficult to train people in an environment that is difficult to reach or dangerous. Abilitee offers an answer to these issues.
