The Electric Seas Organization is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public about electric propulsion for watercraft. The organization was founded in 2010 and is registered as a public benefit corporation in the state of California. We are in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. Electric Seas offers the public a comprehensive source of information on current news and resources related to electric propulsion for watercraft and green boating topics in general. The website contains a directory of companies involved in electric propulsion to help these companies connect with potential customers. Electric Seas also contains a forum which is dedicated to hosting discussions on all topics which may help to educate the public about the benefits to powering watercraft with electric propulsion. Membership to the Electric Seas Organization is free and open to anyone who shares our vision of clean and safe boating.
