Heidelberg Instruments Nano (former SwissLitho AG) develops, produces and markets the NanoFrazor, an innovative tool for fabricating nanostructures. Patterning material at the nanoscale using conventional nanofabrication methods is difficult, expensive and time-consuming. Our tool, the NanoFrazor, offers a completely new solution to patterning at the nanoscale. Our customers value the ease of use, speed, and cost-effectiveness of our tools. Additionally to the conventional 'binary' nanolithography, the unique capability of direct grayscale patterning with sub-nm-depth resolution enables new and exciting applications.
