Our Factory The factory and construction areas of Qingdao zhengda are 40,000 m^2 and 20,000 m^2 respectively.With its 120 sets of machining equipments,8 sets of centrifugal casting machines,10 medium frequency induction melting furnace, 3 sets of heat treatment furnaces(from 550T-300T), complete sets of physical and chemical analysis (tension tester, impact testing machine,durometers)and detection methods with spectrum analyzers,ultrasonic fault detectors and metalloscopes,Qingdao Zhengda soundly ensures its product qualities and owns the comprehensive capabilities of foundry,forging,heating,welding and machining.
