The Hydrogen Highway Group lead by Hydrogen Society of Australia, an initiative of Innovate Australia, is developing a network of hydrogen filling stations along Highway 95, stretching in Phase 1 from Perth to Port Headland creating access to Pilbara region. The Hydrogen Highway allows for the introduction of hydrogen trucks in Australia, transition of heavy haulage industry to zero emission, securing domestic fuel supply and creating a challenging testing route for hydrogen vehicles manufacturers.
