Home Building With our roots in Loveland Colorado, LC Home was founded in 2008 after more than twelve years of developing new home communities throughout Northern Colorado. The company’s first project was the completion of 136 homes at Boise Village North in Loveland. Our focus on thoughtfully and intentionally creating great homes and places to live has led the company to grow into a regional builder. We are known for our reputation of quality and are proud of the more than 600 single family, paired homes, patio homes, and semi-custom homes we have built for the community. Development As a developer, LC Home is engaged in acquisition and development of farm land as well as platted and finished lots in Northern Colorado. The principals of LC Home have developed more than 2,000 residential lots and hundreds of acres of commercial land.
