ADSE Consulting and Engineering AG is the Swiss branch of the ADSE holding. The company provides pragmatic support to aerospace and rail companies for organisational- and product development. The staff consists of EASA recognised experts for aerospace company approvals (PART 21) and aircraft or system approvals (CS 23, 25, 27, 29). The ADSE developed Integrated Process Improvement (IPI) analyses, optimises and restructures processes and organisations to improve profit margins while meeting the continuously increasing (safety) requirements standards.
