Our lawyers have served these clients in many ways – assisting with their claims investigations and opinions, title defense, subrogation rights, agency questions, agency development and acquisition, and underwriting opinions. We have represented title insurers in dealing with the Indiana Department of Insurance and other regulators. We have consulted with and advised the Board of Directors of the Indiana Land Title Association, and assisted its legislative committee in the drafting of proposed statutes and lobbying efforts.
