Thompson and DeVeny was founded in 1980 and the attorneys of which there are currently five have continuously practice law in the same office complex since that time. Our primary practice area is consumer and small business bankruptcies filed under Chapters 7, 13 and 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. DeVeny practices in the fields of domestic relations and criminal law. We also do mortgage foreclosure defense and all types of litigation related to or an actual part of our bankruptcy practice. Mr. Thompson handles some estate planning and probate matters.
