The Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica is the premier national entity representing contact center professionals in the Business Processing Outsourcing and Information and Communications Technology sector in Jamaica. We are not-for-profit, run by our members for our members. Our main aim is to lobby the government on behalf of the ICT/BPO operators to improve the operating and regulatory environment; to assist member companies as a group in positioning their interest and competitive advantages; and to promote the image of the ICT/BPO business sector in Jamaica, the region and the World. We strive to represent the interest of our outsourcing end users and suppliers. Our services focuses on colloboration and advocacy, networking, industry-specific training, research and information.
