Our spa doctors create a personalised 12 week programme based on every individual's Stress Level (measured using Heart Rate Variability) and LAT score based on an assessment of their lifestyle. Our spas are located across Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Pune and have helped de-stress over 3 lakh Indians.
