Insight for Leadership is an executive and team coaching firm that specializes in helping multi-national company leaders reach their potential. I specialize in three areas, with an emphasis on multi-national engagements: Executive Coach - I help thriving executives discover who they are, what they believe in, and how they can move forward to reach their personal and organizational goals. These are leaders who are being watched and promoted, and have a strong desire to go from good to great. Cross-Cultural Coach - Acclimating to a new country culture can be more difficult for an Expat than the work they were sent to do. I help Expats understand and prepare for being successful in a different culture. I've managed large teams in India and the Philippines, and have lived in Japan for over 3 years. That experience, plus teaching Cross-cultural leadership to executive MBA students at two universities has given me unique insight on how executives can survive and thrive in different cultures. Team Coach - Most teams want to excel, but don't know the best practices that can move them smartly and quickly. I help teams accelerate to meet or exceed their performance goals. I help team leaders create and maintain the motivation needed to attain desired results. The work I do is an intersection between what I do best and what I am absolutely passionate about doing!
