The Economic Projects Transformation Facility (EPTF) was established in 1989 by the Navigators Kenya with the objective of spurring enterprise development as a panacea to the high rate of unemployment among the youth and the ensuring poverty. EPTF takes a comprehensive and integrative approach to promoting entrepreneurship development and has adopted a twofold approach that involves training and business development support services (BDSS).
