It is our aim as a community to provide therapeutic support for those experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, along with community for their family members and support systems. Our Program: Through our small group 8-week program, participants will have the opportunity to learn to surf and paddle board on Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa in the Holland, MI area. Participants will join an early morning group warm-up session and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of being out on the water with instructors. Third Coast Rising will officially launch Fall 2021, with eight participant spots available to interested service members. Wetsuits and equipment will be provided. Participants only need to commit to the 8-week process and show up ready for a morning with the community out on the water!
