Since 1980, Boitsov Classical Ballet has celebrated the tradition of Classical Russian Ballet in the heart of Chicago through its school and its company. The school uses the same Vaganova system of training that produced great Russian dancers such as Baryshnikov and Makarova. The company has delighted local audiences with productions of both original choreography and classic ballets, such as Raymonda and Les Sylphides.
