Inviteq Ltd and Inviteq Polymer Technology are world leading technology and service providers to the intraocular and ortho-k lens industry. The Inviteq Group is developing a unique moulding technology for the production of finished intraocular lenses. Using our extensive experience and know-how in the field the Inviteq group is creating an automated production process for hydrophobic and hydrophilic lenses. The technology will allow for the production of finished lenses at a greatly reduce production costs (by at least 50%) compared to some existing technologies and processes. The launch date is scheduled for December 2021. We also provide material formulations for intraocular lenses (hydrophilic and hydrophobic) and RGP (ortho-k). These materials are compatible with many existing products on the market but give the client full control and ownership over the material and its production without having to rely on third party material suppliers. We also specialise in setting up client specific turn key manufacturing facilities for intraocular and ortho-k lenses. We can provide every aspect needed for such a project including the design of the facility, the lens designs, the onsite training with some exclusive processes, the regulatory support for accreditation and ongoing technical support.
