Hospice of the Twin Cities' care delivery is designed to meet the unique needs of the terminally ill with a commitment to enhance the quality of the lives of patients and their families through respectful care focused on maintaining dignity and alleviating suffering. Individualized needs are supported through coordination of all hospice services and may include trained volunteers for companionship or caregiver respite, spiritual support, and supportive therapies such as music, pet or massage. Services are provided wherever the patient resides, including a private home, residential setting, or long-term care facility. Hospice services are available every day of the year as needed to meet the needs of the patient. The hospice team will quickly respond to a referral request within 24 hours to best meet the needs of the hospice patient and family.
