K LINE OFFSHORE AS is a ship owning and operating company in the Offshore Support Vessel segment founded in Arendal, Norway in October 2007 by the major Japanese shipping company Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd.(“K” Line), together with its joint venture partner ADS Offshore AS (ADS) . “K” Line owns more than 95,3% of the Company, which is "K" Line's vehicle in the offshore shipping market, and the ambition is for it to become a significant global player. K Line Offshore AS is aiming for the high-end market in the Offshore Support Vessel segment. The advanced new builds are ideally suited for new oil and gas fields in ultra-deep water, harsh environments and/or remote areas. Vessels currently owned by K Line Offshore: • 2 x AHTSs of STX AH12CD design; KL SALTFJORD & KL SANDEFJORD. • 4 x PSVs of STX PSV06 deisgn: KL BREVIKFJORD, KL BRISFJORD, KL BROFJORD, KL BARENTSFJORD. • 1 x PSV of UT 755L design: KL ARENDALFJORD.
