Corporate construction executives, Carl Keller and Chuck Martin, established Keller-Martin Construction in 1977. The company grew in both tough and prosperous economic climates, with Mr. Keller becoming the sole stockholder in 1985. Rick Smith and Bill McCullough became partners in the company in 1992. Mr. Keller saw not only new leadership in Rick and Bill, but also an opportunity to continue Keller-Martin’s tradition of quality. Carl Keller retired in 1998, entrusting Rick Smith and Bill McCullough as equal majority shareholders in the ownership of Keller-Martin Construction. In 2014, both Randy Reiley and Robert Hoyland IV became stockholders in the company.
