Afri Kash is an intuitive, user-friendly, disruptive solution designed to serve the unbanked populations that make up 80% of African consumers. Afri Kash uses mobile-only, low-cost service delivery that allows for profitable servicing of previously unprofitable borrowers. Providing vital services for micro, small and medium corporate operations as well as individuals throughout emerging markets, Afri Kash is a microloan platform built upon unique customer insights gleaned from careers in developing networks and managing operations. Initial launch will be in Kenya, which is a global leader in mobile payment applications and infrastructure, with almost $30 billion in transactions annually. Expansion in 2018 into Uganda, Rwanda and Cameroon; 2019 into Ghana and Ethiopia; and Nigeria in 2020.
