50% of women in technical roles leave the industry by the age of 35 due to the lack of mentorship, career support, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. Join us in our mission to reverse this trend and foster the next generation of women tech leaders and role models. WEST is a six month 1:1 cross company mentorship that matches early to mid-career women in tech with industry leaders based on their goals and areas of expertise. Since the program’s inception, we have empowered over 340 women through successful mentoring partnerships as they grew from IC to first time managers, navigated workplaces as “the only,” worked through career roadblocks, and more. We invite all women technologists, especially women of color, mothers, and women with disabilities to apply! Our mission is to help women enter and succeed in tech.
