Our investment team has collectively over the past 25 years originated, executed and managed investments in companies, trusts, funds, real estate and commercial aircraft leasing valued in excess of £2.5bn with a current portfolio responsibility for over £1.5bn. Our real estate team has extensive financing, management and development experience, with the single largest real estate asset being valued at circa £500m. We have managed companies as both advisors and private equity partners and have a successful track record of turnarounds of companies, funds and leveraged projects. The establishment of our Asset Management business was a natural progression which drew on the foundations of our private investments and advisory practices and it continues to grow, becoming a successful and focused investment choice to private clients, discretionary managers, family offices and trustees.
