Christine L. Eberhard formed CommuniQuest in May 1982. CommuniQuest specializes in dispute resolution, community outreach and stakeholder liaison services. Cities such as Los Angeles, Reno, Fresno, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and Long Beach as well as Kern County and Ventura County have hired CommuniQuest for a variety of projects and services including facilitation, mediation and public outreach programs. For more than 28 years CommuniQuest has been involved in conflict management programs and services around the country as well as internationally. CommuniQuest has also provided facilitation and dispute resolution services to regional and state agencies including CalTrans, Division of Aeronautics and the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) in multi-party planning as well as with advisory committees. Clients also include Airport Authorities including San Diego, Burbank and the Monterey Airport Special District. In addition, CommuniQuest has provided consensus planning services regarding environmental, public policy and land-use issues to Fortune 500 companies including Toyota USA, Sikorsky Aircraft, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines and Castle & Cooke.
