Brackmills Industrial Estate became Northampton's very first Business Improvement District (BID) in 2009 when resident companies voted a resounding 'YES' to becoming a BID. Companies now pool an annual levy and use this pot to fund a host of exciting initiatives - all designed to improve and transform the estate. As a BID, the estate is now on track to achieve its overall aim: To re-establish Brackmills as the Premier Business and Logistics Park in the UK.
