IPM Services, Inc. was started in 1998 as Independent Project Management Services. At that time, the company provided contracted project managers for individual assignments across the country. Within a few months, the company began to provide recruiting and other staffing services to employers in the St. Louis region. The company was incorporated in 2001, when the name was changed to IPM Services, Inc. Since then, IPM has continued to offer additional services to many clients across the country.
