In 2013, Xylem gained ISO9001: 2008 certification and was partly acquired by Profile Middle East, a company with extensive experience in providing Field Service and HR based in Abu Dhabi. In 2017, Xylem obtained the ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015 and OHSAS18001: 2007 certifications, and became a strategic consultant in the ISO Certification, Work Safety and Certification-Certification Certification together with some recognized Entities.
