Connecting Families was established in 2013 for the soul purpose of bringing communities together, using our services as a vehicle to achieve this goal. Our purpose is to create a better life for children and adults in our care, their families, and the wider community. Connecting Families head office is located in Western Sydney NSW, with services currently offered within this principality and throughout Western and Northern NSW. In 2020 we opened the doors to our Brisbane office and currently offer services across greater Brisbane and into the Ipswich and surrounding regions. Our service offerings include individualised support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Family Services, Youth Support, Camps, and Mentoring. Our business is a third party verified NDIS provider, holds accreditation with the Office of Children’s Guardian, recognised as a provider to the Department of Child and Family and a member of the Association of Children’s Welfare Agencies.
