Since incorporation in 1991, Fresh Start Surgical Gifts has provided $42 million worth of free medical services to infants, children, and teens, servicing patients from the greater San Diego area and around the globe. On average, 400 patients receive Fresh Start Surgical Gifts' medical services each year. To date, over 7,900 children have received a Fresh Start. Fresh Start Surgical Gifts holds 6 surgery weekends annually where renowned medical physicians and professionals provide reconstructive surgeries for children suffering from physical deformities. Fresh Start’s one-of-a-kind comprehensive approach to medical treatments also includes Dental Clinics, Speech Therapy Clinics, Laser Treatments, and Preventative Health Education.
