Catholic Care Broken Bay provides a wide range of programs and services to assist children, young people, individuals and families. Our services include Intensive family support, homelessness support, referral services, case management, counselling, financial counselling, mediation, disability support, etc. CatholicCare Disability Futures supports individuals with a disability to carry out a number of logistical tasks within the Hornsby Connect project and provides advice regarding Social Inclusion.
