The value of projects with which we have been involved has ranged from under £20,000 up to £3,500,000 Planning work includes the negotiation of difficult or sensitive planning applications, preparation of development briefs and feasibility studies, submissions in connection with retail and other major developments and assessing their implications through impact assessments, involvement in the preparation of master plans, conducting planning appeals and obtaining certificates of lawful use. The majority of projects undertaken are located in an area covering Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Co Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire, although we do undertake projects further afield at the request of clients, current examples being in West Sussex and South Yorkshire.
