The University of Guelph Undergraduate Real Estate Case Competition (URECC) is designed to attract a collection of the sharpest, most proactive minds in the real estate industry. This Annual Case Competition challenges undergraduate students to redefine the built form environment by undertaking a development plan of a large, iconic site from the current real estate market.
