KCS Consulting Limited was established in October 2010 and we are a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Consultancy which works for the construction industry and based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. We specialise in Thermal Modelling, Heating, Hot & Cold Water Services, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Drainage, Power, Internal and External Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Data, Access Control, Lighting and General Controls. We have a strong team consisting of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, BIM/CAD Technicians, CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants and CIBSE Energy Assessors. Our engineers are either members of CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers), IET (The Institution of Engineering and Technology) or ILP (The Institution of Lighting Professionals). We have recently successfully renewed our QA Registration to the new ISO 9001 (2015) with NQA. We are also members of Constructionline and registered with CIBSE, BSI and ILP. Our services include surveys, feasibility studies, full detailed design, performance design, project management and thermal modelling. Our designs are carried out using the latest industry standard software packages as AutoCAD, Revit, IES, TAS, NBS Specification Software, Bentley Hevacomp, Lighting Reality, Dialux and Relux.
