One sunny day, our founder Callum realised the commercial property world was stuck in a rut and there was a worrying lack of focus on the actual space users. With huge demand for specialist workspace like kitchens, salons and workshops coupled with a potent shortage of supply, he set out to unlock the untapped potential in occupied (😉) yet underused spaces - and so began Occupyd! We’re an international bunch, based in Edinburgh – researching, designing and building the features that connect small businesses with each other so they can thrive.
