PERL monitors law enforcement responses to sexual violence. Our goal is to end the law enforcement and political practices that effectively decriminalize sexual violence. We also connect victims with information about their rights, equipping them with tools so that they can advocate for fair criminal justice policies on behalf of themselves and others.
