AgroNova AS has developed and patented a process for treatment of organic waste based on the structural agent Fibral®, an environmentally friendly product based on recycled newspaper. By adding Fibral® into the composting process we achieve a fast and safe composting process within 5 to 7 days. The process takes place in a specially designed composting unit (ACU) where temperature and process time is carefully controlled and supervised. The end product, composted biomass, is used as organic fertilizer, a pelletized product supplied in small sacks to retailers. AgroNova offers solutions for local handling of organic waste with the AgroNova Composting Unit (ACU).
