The portable #Cleamix equipment produces Vaporised hydrogen peroxide (vH2O2/VHP), the vapour form of H2O2 and an ecological bio-decontamination agent that decomposes into water and oxygen, leaving no residue. It's extremely effective for low-temperature antimicrobial decontamination. It is an automated process, accurate and repeatable but importantly it’s environmentally safe, decomposing into water and oxygen without leaving corrosive residual traces that can harm people or equipment. The automated software process constantly monitors and controls the production of VHP, preventing any vapour saturation that can cause residue on surfaces. VHP's gaseous vapour eliminates with 6-log10 kill all Viruses, Bacteria & Harmful Contaminants including the spores of the organisms present on surfaces e.g.; SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), Bird Flue [H5N1], HFMD, Ebola [EVD], Dengue [DENV1-4], Norovirus, Influenza [H1N1&H3N2], Healthcare Acquired Infections (Clostridium [c-diff], MRSA), E.coli, staphylococcus, salmonella (bacterial gastroenteritis) as well as Anthrax & Vx threats in Defence (CBRNE) scenarios. whereas foggers which are aerosol based solutions reach an inferior 4-log10 microbial reduction, that still leave behind bacteria and spores to provide a mechanism for the continual reinfection and viral spread. When a liquid agent is dispersed as a fog many factors limit the ability of a biocide to reach the whole treatment area for the amount of contact time and ppm quantity required in order to achieve a successful homogeneous decontamination result. To begin with the much larger aerosol fogger molecules (about 10μm) generated as aerated droplets are affected by gravitational force that limits the diffusion and necessary contact within the treatment area, whereas vapour (about 0.1nm) can permeate throughout the area. Secondly fogger molecules are also much larger than airborne viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 (between 60-120nm) and will not be able to contact and destroy them all.
