Established in 2011, Skilled Construction was formed by Father and Son, J. Paul and Julian Johnson, who wanted to offer premier construction services with an enhanced level of value & customer service. The organization truly became successful after helping rebuild in and around the Houston Metropolitan Area after the destruction of Hurricane Harvey. Since the beginning, we have been focused on providing quality work in little time so that the end user can utilize the space with minimal disruption and we are always dedicated to the successful completion of the project. We are a civil and emergency facility maintenance contractor. We specialize in concrete, underground utilities, and emergency facility maintenance. Our tactical size provides us the flexibility to do projects much more quickly and efficiently than a big corporation.
