A designated Youth Service agency, PCYS provideds high quality, free out-patient mental health and substance abuse services, emergency youth shelter, Safe Place, prevention and diversion services, in-school counseling, life skills, suicide prevention training, and Transitional Living Program. PCYS serves youth 7-22 years and their families and is the only service provider in the area that provides services without regard for the service recipient's ability or desire to pay for such services.
