Our work is centered on the belief that "Together Everyone Achieves More." We also work around the concept of council. Council is a practice that encourages deep and honest communication. We weave this into all of our programs as a tool to assist individuals draw out and transfer their gems from sharing stories of their personal experience. Participants build trust and stronger relationships while creating a network of support in and out of our program session time. We offer programs for students, corporate groups, elders, and any other individuals who are willing to open themselves up to new challenges. Our programs range from student teamwork building to project based activities(which we refer to as Adventures in Learning), Rites of passage, ropes courses, team workshops, team building game-like activities and much more!
