The Women4Cyber "Mari Kert-Saint Aubyn" Foundation has been established by the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) and Guardtime to raise awareness and funds towards a gender-inclusive cybersecurity community. The national and regional Chapter like the one of Greece, are meant to raise awareness in the national and local communities about the gender-gap in cybersecurity, to promote and create passion about careers in cybersecurity to younger generations, to promote in public administration, educational institutions and the private sector, to create and promote role models, to create and promote trainings and mentorship programmes, to facilitate employment through partnerships, open days and campaigns, and much more.
