We conduct ALL HVAC testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) works along with electrical system testing right through from initial installation inspection, cold testing right through to pre-energise inspections and live testing. In addition to that we offer periodic inspections with thermal imaging. Portable Appliance testing and even able to carry out a complete comprehensive audit inspection on any aspect of the MEP system. Visible Energy offer “hands-on” testing & commissioning services which will assure tenants, contractors, Facilities Management teams and landlords that their MEP systems meet the design characteristics. We will also ensure compliance to local authorities regulations and codes, easing the transition between contractor completion and client acceptance of high value equipment and installations. The main objective of commissioning is to effect the safe and orderly handover of the unit from the constructor to the owner, guaranteeing its operability in terms of performance, reliability, safety and information traceability. Additionally, when executed in a planned and effective way, commissioning represents an essential factor for the fulfillment of schedule, costs, safety and quality requirements of the project. Our engineering team comprising of highly qualified time served engineers, have a primary objective of verifying the integrity of the installation, effective operation, and effective performance based on project design. The testing of the facility, systems, and/or equipment provides verification, identifies issues/discrepancies and if designed and constructed properly ultimately enhances the faculties overall quality, control, performance and efficiency which in turn provides increased sustainability and cost effectiveness.
