We are the Greater Cincinnati region’s AIDS service organization devoted to positively changing lives in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Caracole provides safe and affordable housing, case management and pharmacy services for those living with HIV. Our prevention outreach provides screenings, safer 
sex and safer injection materials and overdose prevention education to reduce the risk for HIV. Through 
powerful partnerships, innovative programming and unwavering advocacy, we are a relentless force for health equity in our community.
