AllenHire are providers of a diverse range of hire and related services to the construction industry, and are a division of Allenbuild Ltd, a part of the Places for People group of companies. From the late 1990’s, not having been able to get the quality of service at the standards we required from elsewhere, we decided to do it for ourselves, and our depot in Croydon was established, originally operating solely for the benefit of Allenbuild Ltd building projects. It soon became clear that we had the capacity to offer our first class service to other companies, and in 2006 we supplied our first external hire orders. Having expanded rapidly, we moved to our new 1 acre headquarters in Reigate during July of 2012, where we now provide a wide variety of hire services for the building industry currently covering Greater London and the Home Counties, and across the South and South East of England, with plans to expand further.
