We're a community driven company that promoting healthy active lifestyle by providing knowledge on how to eat clean, get healthier and get fit. Our vision is to build a healthier nation. We provide consultancy on proper diet, conduct health talk & organize healthy cooking class. In fitness, we have fitness class in our premise ranging from Zumba, aerobic, body weight training & circuit training. For ladies, the classes are conducted in the close studio. To spread the mission we're not limiting the activities in our premise, we do reach out to the community via program called COME GoFitWith.Me. COMES stand for Community Empowerment and the main objective is to give knowledge in adopting healthy active lifestyle.
