The Jonathan Foundation is a Queensland, Australia organisation formed to develop Permanent, Sustainable, Lifestyle Accommodation for people who live with an intellectual disability. Many Intellectually disabled people are living with ageing parents. There lacks in our communities facilities to accommodate people with an intellectual disability on a permanent ongoing basis with appropriate care after the parents pass on. This is a real dilemma and we appeal to people who may be able to provide funding support and or their homes when they pass on.
