The firms of Tate Daugherty Funk Spandau LLC and Waldron Law LLC merged. The firm was established to serve the legal needs of communities and companies all over Indiana in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Real Estate and Construction, Estate Planning and Litigation, Business Services and Litigation, and many more. When forming the firm, we recognized the growing need in the community for competent and vigorous representation at an affordable price.
