Global civilian military defense firm established in 2008 "exclusively" defends uniformed military members serving on active duty in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard. Our prior clients are typically confronted by claims of misconduct under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Our clients face courts-martial charges, boards of inquiry (show cause boards), enlisted separation boards, and lesser disciplinary adverse actions such as reprimands (GOMORs), official censure actions, and command investigations. Prior to opening this military defense firm in 2008, I've served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Washington State Attorney General's Office, Seattle Employment Law Firm, and an an adjunct professor in trial advocacy, at the University of Washington School of Law. Educational background includes: University of Virginia (BA), University of Oregon (JD) and currently at the Georgetown Law Center (LLM).
