Agave Partners is a consulting and venture capital investment (we call it Adventure) group. The group has hands-on involvement in each project. Projects range from small start ups requiring fund raising assistance - through mid sized companies supplementing financed groups by outsourcing select tasks. Larger assigments have included; a turn around of a 10 outlet retail chain; an Acting Cheif Operating officer role at High growth $10m high tech company; to Consulting CFO or Advisory Board retained positions, working with Executive Teams, to develop actionable plans.
